Filet de sole a` la "Bainoise" 
This dish is dedicated to our chef Andrew Bain who loves fresh sole wrapped in speck (dutch Bacon).
 It is roasted with scallops and dill and served on wilted spinach leaves and smoked mushrooms $26.00

Contre-filet de boeuf grille
Char-grilled ribeye of beef on oven dried tomatoes, olives, capers and sauteed new potatoes then 
smothered in Le Bon Bolli garlic Butter $28.00

Rouelle de porc au roti de le`gumes
Thyme roasted pork neck chop of tender pork, glazed with apple and garlicon roasted parsnip mash $26.00

Saute d`agneau a` la Greque
Hot salad of sauteed lamb fillet with tomatoes, garlic, pimentoes, onion and aubergine tossed in 
a basil pesto and served with buttered rice $26.00

Saumon sauvage en croute a` la "Madras" 
Sea-salmon pie encased in puff pastry with a mild Madras curried rice
and spring onions, served with fresh green salad in a minted yoghurt dressing $26.00

Paella de poussin
A traditional Spanish rice dish made in this case with spring chicken and spicy sausage. A good paella should 
have crispy  rice on the pan bottom and soft well flavoured rice throughout the dish
Served in large cast iron pans $26.00
