short order cookery, Le Bon Bolli is one of the last remaining, quality
driven,
fine dining establishments in the city.
Le Bon Bolli runs two very busy dining rooms with seperate kitchens for
each. Both the Brasserie and the Fine Dining restaurants kitchens are operated in a very classical style, with
an individual partie system, including a separate pastry kitchen. Our
personnel to guest ratio is high
due to the high standard we strive for and expect to achieve at all times.
The front of house team and kitchen brigade are a highly motivated, hard working
group of achievers
ranging in age from 17 - 43 years old.
At Le Bon Bolli we pride ourselves in creating exciting and innovative
modern European cuisine with the highest quality of service.
The Le Bon Bolli team is led by chef patron Phillip Kraal who is
recognized
as one of New Zealand's highest acclaimed and respected chefs and
restaurantuers.
Kraal demands self motivated, passionate,
team-players and total commitment from all his staff.
